Do Energy Supplements work?

I was never interested in taking any supplements, be it energy supplements or vitamins. I used to think that they are a waste of money. I used to get so tired and sleepy around 1:30 PM just as I was getting off work, and sometimes I had to take a nap in the parking lot because I couldn't keep my eyes open. My first post

Hello everyone and welcome to my Blog.
This is my first blog ever, even though I have written some guides and reviews on some products I was promoting.
So here we go..... I created this blog because I thought that many people are looking for chemical free products to use in their daily life. If you walk into any store and grab a product of any shelf, and read the ingredients listed on the label, you'll find a list of things that you probably never heard of but what is concerning to me is the list of ingredients that are known carcinogens, which means cancer causing agents, or that they have negative side effects.
Yet we go ahead and pay good money for that item and take it home and introduce it to our loved ones. It is true that most of these items will not kill you or cause cancer on the first use, but why take a chance.
If there was a chemical free product that does the same thing or same benefit but it costs a little more wouldn't be better to pay the extra pennies to have a peace of mind??
